    Train the posterior chain with squats and deadlifts, focusing on very correct form (neutral spine) & use of the stretch reflex in the squat to get maximum recruitment from those muscles, and stretch your hip flexors. Ab work might help too. I'm sure others will disagree but this seems the most logical to me. How long have you been training for?

    One component is to stretch out your hip flexors. Google can tell you a lot about the " kneeling hip flexor stretch" and the standing hip flexor stretch (the kind where you put your foot up on something).
