    Another replacement for the evoo is macadamia oil. Mostly monounsaturated fats and has a med-high smoke point so you can cook with it. The NOW brand is decently priced whereas the fancy ones are... rather not. It's not very common in stores even out here, so online is prob the way to go.

    (in SF i found an expensive bottle at Williams-Sonoma and a bottle of the NOW brand at at a local place called Bristol Farms (in a mall downtown). No place else had it including Whole Foods, Andronicos, Sur la Table and some fancy stores in the ferry bldg.)

    Found something as good: Coconut Flour

    organic, gluten free, and has a very high fiber content that makes it seem like a veggie
