Bench...had a project to finish for class so I lifted early and rushed.
20s today. However I wanged it and only did 230 for the first set. It was only a week and a half ago or some such sillyness that I did 250x20. Wow. Way to go all out...
Not impressed with myself. Especially with one of the girls hitting PRs on both squat and dead today.
Screwed around with dumbbell presses. But nothing serious. Wanged some 80s and 60s.
Crap day. Didn't even try the new mini bands for bench.
