Had to pull lots of weeds. Far exceeded my five minute yard work limit. But worked at the hot part of the day to stay warm.
Probably going to skip deads tomorrow. Never works with any kind of manual labor beforehand.
Squats and sled if the glutes are recovered.
Lots of sweat sweated today.

No deads, as anticipated.
Volume squats to 465 and back down to 315. Many sets.
Power cleans to 225. Back too questionable for heavy work.

This humidity killed my second workout today. I'm not sure I can put Power Cleans in a part two anyway.

Are you dead? Is he dead? I'm going to the gym today for the first time in almost 3 weeks. It'll be great! I love the loss of strength and DOMS that come with these prolonged absences.
