Strong work all around. Impressive numbers on those dips and pull-ups. I miss those movements. Don't do much of them on my current program- those are my favorite exercises.

Thanks! They really tend to help my bench and press versus doing other stuff (besides pressing and benching). Now if I can just get my squat and deadlift to where I want them...
PS Gillian,
I saw where you said you did like 200 reps at 2/3 bodyweight on bench press? Holy shit.....crazy strength endurance!

Excellent pump today...lol. I kind of felt like a "bro" benching and curling on Monday the "international bench day", but whatever. 270 x 5 x 5 is pretty legit in my book. Everything was pretty easy today, getting excited/nervous about tomorrow's squat volume. I'm unsure if I want to drop it to 4x5 or 8x3 or just go ahead with a DE setup. I think too much.
Mine too! 235 for me today. It's cool to come in here after my session and find yours is almost identical to mine except A LOT heavier and more work, lol.
As for tomorrow, don't forget that you wrote this:
Maybe you should just stick to your first impression, see how that feels, and then adjust the following week based upon how that feels?
Thanks for that. I'll stick with 4 sets and go from there. There's a sweet spot in there somewhere for me :-)

Everything was pretty easy today. I'm so happy that my pressing is going so well. Looking to break some PR's in the coming weeks. Hopefully tomorrow's Squat and DL go off without a hitch. I tweaked my knee on Monday outside of the gym. Not sure what it's gonna feel like. I had a PT buddy tape it up and I've been icing the hell out of it. We shall see.....
Your dipping and chinning is amazingly strong! Every time I think I have a good session, I just come back and read yours to get motivated to do more.
