I can't vote yet, because I'm not convinced that I'm done, but I failed my first work set weight at 272.5, so I think I'd be in that category.

I ended the bench at 175 lbs for 3x5. I had already microloaded at that point. The squat ended at 285 lbs at a bodyweight of 180 lbs.

It was me, I hit it along time ago back when I was a bro and using more of a body builder routine. This tore up my shoulders though.

I focus on incline now and have worked up to a best of 260 for 3 sets of five. This doesn't hurt my shoulders.

In 90% of the cases LP for the bench press ends at about BW for 1-5 reps top.

LP only ends when someone running it starts feeling too fat.

SR and his brother are the only guys i've seen that have remained lean and got ridiculously strong on LP. It's either genetics or meticulous attention to diet, he did mention he ate the same thing everyday

If you click the number in response column, it shows the people that responded. At least it did when I tried it.

I call broscience on those stats as im on 170lbs BP at 165lbs BW after just 7 weeks on SS and with very little gym time in the past.

That said, if I now stall for the next month straight Im coming hunting for you.

I don't run traditional SS but have put more weight on the bar every other week for a year and a half. The same goes for the press.
