I agree with this. I had a sleep study and found out I had acid reflux at night, which woke me. Not as bad as "real" apnea, but after getting it under control my sleep is much improved.

And programming-wise I am another sheep in the herd of 5/3/1'ers. Maybe look at that, if your current programme continues to kick your ass. If lifts keep going up, this wouldn't be my first choice, though.
