I agree with this. I had a sleep study and found out I had acid reflux at night, which woke me. Not as bad as "real" apnea, but after getting it under control my sleep is much improved.

And programming-wise I am another sheep in the herd of 5/3/1'ers. Maybe look at that, if your current programme continues to kick your ass. If lifts keep going up, this wouldn't be my first choice, though.

I snore thunderously and am getting my tonsils removed because of it this summer, so I'm excited to see what kind of change that yields. Also already take multi vitamins and fish oil pills so not much to do there. I've contemplated switching to 5/3/1 but I'd like to get at least a couple cycles out of madcow first.

I recently had my tonsils, and turbonates shaved down. I subsequently had sinus surgery to make sure that my sinuses were draining all the mucus from the upper cavity. See if your ENT can run a scope up your nose (if they havent already done so) and if possible get a CT scan of your sinus cavities. My results were quite frightening to think that i'd been living with all that gunk in my head. Its now two months after surgery and i'm squatting nearly 100 pounds more than last year

Yeah the doctor already nose raped me, didn't tell me what he saw besides to say I didn't have cancer. I've also been put on corticosteroids for my sinuses but they don't seem to do anything, I should probably give my doctor a call to see if I could get a scan.

Sinus surgery, should you need it isnt even a big deal, its an outpatient procedure, and while you do need someone to drive you home i didnt need any pain meds (prescribed coedine). I was back lifting in 8 days (wouldve been 7 but i couldnt get out the first day). Make sure you stay on top of them or they'll keep pushing you back since its not a huge quality of life issue for most
