The "cleanest" (no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, egg or preservatives) protein i've found so far. It does have some soy (lecithin) inside, but was much better than all the others.

Downside is that its unflavored, but you can add your own if you need.

Also only 4mg of cholesterol (not that it matters)

I don't believe everything I read BUT I once read that high cholesterol has a genetic link and that certain people that changed their diet did not remedy their condition. . . . interesting!

Adding two scoops of GNC whey a day (70mg or so a serving) caused my cholesterol to jump something like 50-60 pts in a few months, with no other changes to my diet. I just don't buy the studies that don't link the two.

You do understand that its not just diet that affects cholesterol levels, right?

Also, there's a lot of natural variance from month to month in blood lipids etc. even if nothing in your diet or lifestyle changes.

You realise a single figure for cholesterol is completely meaningless, don't you?

Dude, 30 mg of cholesterol is NOTHING. A whole egg has 200 something mg of it and mainstream dietary guidelines recommend not eating more than 300 mg per day.
