I do this thing with the same weight for 3 weeks : 1 week - 3x5, 2 week - 4x5, 3 week - 5x5, 4 week- increase weight and 3x5 . It might seem like a really slow progression but for less gifted trainees like myself it works great.
Torik, do you add weight to intensity day every week?
