Much appreciated... To be honest, I feel like I have tried this to no avail. I will try some tonight and see if I can get any improvement. Perhaps the more I try, The more control I will gain. As of now, it really feels like I have 0 control over it (I can't actually feel anything changing when it happens, and only notice it on video replay, sigh).
Aside from that, any other form suggestions? It seems the bar wobbles a bit up and down, is it just the weight (it being the most I've ever squatted) or is there some other tips/techniques to really get the bar moving strictly vertical?
