And, I'm back. My progression is still linear, and I've been trying to sit down and not back. My knees are tracking further forward, but they're starting to feel funny after workouts, which worries me. When squatting my back feels like it's up, but it's pretty clear that's not true, even with proper shoes. Do I just suck, or does this have to do with the length of my legs? See below.
