I cannot argue with this. However, pig jowl is also pretty damn amazing.

Kielbasa(Made from pork butt). How do you prepare your pork belly?
There's a great place near me in a small neighborhood of Philly that does amazing Kielbasa. They were on Bizarre Foods a while back. Their stuff is incredible.
