    Real kielbasa (the type you buy in Poland, or possibly find in a small Polish deli in NY, Chicago or Boston) is amazing shit. There are tens of different iterations to suit any taste as well.

    There's a great place near me in a small neighborhood of Philly that does amazing Kielbasa. They were on Bizarre Foods a while back. Their stuff is incredible.
