    I'll give this online log thing a try. I'm 5' 10" @ 192 lbs. Will be 51 years old in August.

    Yoke Bar Squat (medium stance - deep) Warm up's - 2X5 @ 220

    Comp Bench (light - nursing left shoulder) Warm up's - 1X5 @ 145

    Band Pulls (red) 2x20

    Interesting log! Do you normally work out 7 days per week? What are your goals (short/long term)?

    Normally I work out 4 days per week, but I have just been playing it by ear lately because hopefully I will be changing jobs soon.
    Long term goal is a triple bodyweight Deadlift and be as strong as possible on Squats, Overheads, and Benches as well.
    In short, I would like to be a Human Forklift !!
