    Default Gyms in Salt Lake City

    Hi. I'll be in Salt Lake City for about a week for work. Can anyone recommend any decent gyms out there?

    SLC is a big place, without being too specific, where are you going to be when you go there?

    If you are going to be in the Millcreek area, this CrossFit has cheap weekly rates, and they welcome SS drop ins (they did anyway...). Very nice folks too. The usual mega toning & yoga boutiques are around too.
