5' 10", 195 lbs, 36 year old male.
After repeated form issues and training interruptions, I made it back to a 315 lb squat, 315 lb dead, 150 lb press, and 195 lb bench. I would like to continue to increase my lifts, but I would like something different now. I also plan to start running again.
