www.mobilitywod.com, start with the 10 min squat test; episode 1
At least stretch your hips and hamstrings.
If mobilitywod is hard to navigate, or information overload, I kinda like the general stretching stuff in the book "Fit."
I've found that not sitting at my desk helps a lot. I actually spend a lot of my time kneeling at it while stretching my hips and what-not. I do get some weird looks.
I spend half my day siting on a giant swiss ball. Seems to help keep my hips from getting stiff and it's fun to bounce to some good music
Also, try out the couch stretch!
+1 to mobility wod.
I've also started doing an hourly 'get up and move around' thing that I first read about here, although I did modify the movements/quantity:

Are there any desk jockeys that DON'T have mobility issues?
I love couch stretch, and I've been thinking about getting a swiss ball to sit on.
I asked my boss to buy me one of these:

That's after 3x the cost of the unit in physio (which helped). It didn't take much to convince him either, although he insisted on an ergonomic assessment prior to the purchase.
You could use banker's boxes to prop up your PC stuff instead of buying a sit-to-stand desk.

Anyone use a standing desk? They seem very popular in my office, but I haven't tried it. When I think back to the jobs where I had to stand all day - I don't recall feeling light and lithe after a shift. But maybe I'm missing out.
I don't creak like an old sailing ship, but I still have to stretch a bit before I train. I get up and move around once an hour at least when I'm at work, frequently take a 20 min walk on my lunch break, and go to an A.R.T. chiropractor once every two weeks. I think that when the weight gets heavy enough anyone will be tight/sore in response, though.
