The spinal column was left in tact. If you click on the attachment link next to the title of this thread in the list, I think the xray pops up to take a look at.
I see the bone fragment now.

I'm amazed that you are weightlifting! It doesn't seem to make sense that you can even get into a full ROM overhead squat. That's why I asked about the epidurals.

I bet Louie Simmons is encouraging. He push reverse hyperextensions? I get pins and needles in my ass even with no resistance on that machine. Glute-ham-gastrocs have worked a little bit of magic for me. I hope the stim and RDLs get your gluteals firing.

Why not shoot for competition at age 30? You're only 27, it's not like you have to snatch 200 kilos tomorrow. You blew out 3 more disks in the last year, after the original injury. Those are going to take years to heal. I don't see how the fast lifts are going to do anything but damage you for the time being. I'm sorry if I've crossed the line. I have more respect for your determination and stoicism than I can express in a stupid post. But, you cray!

Well, you do have the mind of a champion.

You should sell a poster like Donny Shankle and Jon North. I'm thinking about getting that "I Slam Bars" one. I watch the californiastrength videos once in a while. I love how Jon yells "I'm Donny Shankle!!" at the top of his lifts. Those guys are funny.
