    Sets of 5 or less, basic barbell and body weight lifts, focus on recovery and progressive overload.

    What about hypertrophy? The purpose of "sets of five" as I understand it to get some hypertrophy in there.

    I assume your definition of anaerobic is that the set takes max 20-30seconds, right?
