Been training intermittently over the past 6 months. Had a few injuries during the soccer season (twisted knee ligament, twisted ankle, pulled back muscle) so progress has not been consistent.

Squat - 90kg (from 30kg) 3 x 5
Bench - 60kg (from 50kg) 3 x 5
Deadlift - 130kg (from 80kg) 1 x 5
Press - 45kg (from 30g) 3 x 5
Power clean - 65kg (from 40kg)

Bench 3 x 5 @ 60kg
Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 122.5kg
