That was scares me about deads, I feel like the way I'm gonna fail or figure out a weight is too heavy is by fuking up my back.

Is that that wheel the only exercise you do for abs? And how often what rep range? Is that a high quality ab wheel or just a regular one bought anywhere?

It varies from person to person, but I usually fail off the floor, so if the weight's too heavy it simply doesn't budge.

    I'm the same way.

As for favourite lift I'd have to say the snatch. I'm horrible at it, but it's fun to do.

Yeah but me, I think I would come out of extension. I guess I should work on being conscious of that being the first priority, but on top of a heavy weight it's hard to ever feel like my form is that great.

I do weighted decline situps too, both for 3 sets 2x a week. I just started last week, and honestly it's made a pretty significant aesthetic difference (I'm starting to see my abs, and I've never seen my abs in my life). I'm going to continue them. It's just a regular shitty plastic ab wheel, they're pretty tough. I do a few warmups with BW, 10lbs, and I can do like 6-8 reps with 20lbs.. just up the weight/reps as you can.

Lol @ thread hijack for ab wheel. Win

Nah, just chains around the neck. The ones at my gym are about 15kg each. I just find them easier to set up than using a clip belt or whatever other setup you want for weighting chins, plus they look cool. The same thing about the arms would apply for any form of weight dip/chin of course...
