So ive had this happen twice now. First on the right, now the left. About the fourth rep in right about the piont of the lift where the hips extend i felt a pull. Bottom rib both times. Feels like the rib more so than muscular. Not sore enough to end the set. But hurts like heck for a week or two. Wonder if maybe im taking too deep a breath before the pull? Anybody else dealt with this? Could use some advice.
