Clarification on diet
I know you advocate GOMAD early in the program because you say it, along with a large calorie surplus, is better than steroids for beginners.
I noticed that I'm fine with up to about 32 oz of milk per day, but if I drink more than that, I get some terrible stomach problems.
Is there anything really special about milk in that eating the additional calories/macros in meat, potatoes, vegetables, and olive oil or peanut butter would be less effective? I know in your book you mention the IGF-1 hormone, so that's why I'm concerned.
I could easily eat 5-6k calories a day in food only. Eating a ton of food has never been a problem for me.
