Cues to help improve form
I have an issue with my knees traveling forward ( or down?) at the bottom. See below starting at 30 seconds.
You had advised that I would not be able to hit parallel if I let this happen. Do you have any cues that I should focus on. I have been focused on keeping tight at the bottom but not much success. Also, other than the third rep which I know is high, would you judge these squats to hit parallel?
