Nice! How did all the training for the other lifts go? Are you going to make any form modifications to your squat, bench, dl, and press?

Good question - -my stance on both the deadlift and squat is a bit wider with feet rotated accordingly. This may change as my gut gets smaller as well. Made a world of difference in my ability to get down and get set in the deadlift. Josh picked it up quick and said - spread your knees out a bit more. Once I did that - I was able to really get down and set myself for the Deadlift. It made it feel much easier and a shorter pull. Also was able to identify and learn correctly how to really set yourself - -particularly the lower back. Learning the new press was fun also.
