    Hey guys

would appreciate if you would have a look at my form real quick.

deadlift - bit concerned, i have poor posture anyway but my upper back still seems to be rounding alot, i have been very prudent with my weight increases to protect form, wondering what i should do to correct this

Squat looks pretty decent to me. I think you look a little loose in the hole but bringing your stance in a tad may help this.

For the deadlift you need to re-read the setup portion of the deadlift chapter. Try grabbing the bar without bending your knees and then bend down. Try not to let the bar move or you'll be putting yourself out of position right away.

For the rounding of the upper back you look better on the first 2 reps, then it goes downhill. I think you're forgetting yoru chest up queue as you get into the set. Remember to try and point your nipples to the wall in front of you.
