As an 18 year old male you shouldn't have much issue progressing past a 75 lb squat (I assume it's lbs since you put your BW in lbs).

Based on your lifts and size I would say you are completely malnourished.
^ This x 2.

A close friend of mine and I started a contest at the beginning of March to see who could gain the most weight in 4 weeks. His initial height and weight were 6' 2" 141lbs; mine 5'11" 164. It wasn't close. I put on 9.5 pounds in 4 weeks, he put on 3. My lifts went up almost every session, his stayed damn near the same. I asked him about his eating habits and he initially claimed (like you) he was eating a lot. I dug further and discovered that he had been skipping meals "on occasion" and the meals he was eating were closer to snacks. Maybe he was eating more than he had before, but it wasn't nearly enough. I suspect the same is true of your eating habits.

For what it's worth, at 18 and even through the first 2 years of college, the most I ever weighed was 143. So my guess is we have similar body types. Currently I weigh 188 and on June 29th I'm going to attempt a 1000 pound total (deadlift, squat, bench). Certainly nothing special when compared to some people, but it's a long way from where I was in high school.

So there is hope and, by all means, post videos of your form. But perfect form isn't going to save you from under eating. Bump those calories up to 4k a day and I'm sure you will see progress.
