    Default "immature squat"

"immature squat"... can't say I have heard the term before. This is funny coming from a guy that is about a foot shorter than the woman he is coaching, guess he hasn't hit his growth spurt yet.

"the spine has virtually no role in supporting that load" Cos the magical geometry is doing the lifting instead?

We take time to mature our squats.

    WTF?

She's bigger, stronger, and has a clearer idea of the technique than her coach. She should be coaching Chimp-face, not the other way around.

    Wow... just.... wow.

You could talk about LB vs HB vs front squat and the impact it has on torso and knee position... or... you can be THAT guy.

I got to get myself a preventive restraining order against this guy, seeing how I live near Boston. I'm afraid that being in the same building with him will either mess my squat up or will contaminate his pure Crossfit brain with strange ideas about a low-bar squat being the mature thing to do.
