    Friday 29/06/12

    Squat: 147.5kg x5x3
    Press: 62.5kg x5x3
    Deadlift: 175kg x5

Not much to say, everthing felt good today. First set of squats was quite poor, just couldn't seem to 'sit back' and it felt really off. The next two sets were fine however and felt pretty powerful.

    Monday 02/07/12

    Squat: 150kg x5x3
    Bench Press: 105kg x5x3
    Pullups: B/W x10x3

Squats felt good today, were a lot faster than they felt. Took a video for all three sets will post them as soon as I get time.
Bench was equally as solid. Should have a good 10 - 15kg left in both lifts.

    Wednesday 04/07/12

    Squat: 152.5kg x5,5,2

Today was a massive let down. Felt really tired all day from start to finish and I lost the squat on the 3rd set by falling too far forwards. I also had to to cut the session short due to some pretty intense elbow pain which prevented me from pressing the empty bar.

I'm pretty pleased in getting this far on the squat, but this last week I have been feeling pretty drained physically and my appetite has been massively lacking for both food and training. In light of this, I'm going to tweak the program slightly and do Bill Starrs Heavy, Medium, Light system for squats only and stay on starting strength for the other lifts until they stall.

A bigger problem for me is that I am going to have to drop the milk due to all the problems it appears to be giving me (bowel+ sinus related). I'm hoping to replace these calories with meat + fish.

So for now I'm taking a little break till Monday and then geting started again with the new set-up.

Shame to see the effects have gotten to you, your results have been amazing so far.

Good luck with the new program and hope to see you back to PRs soon!
