Last week on Intensity day I missed the last rep of my Press topset (165x5). I'm trying to decide how to proceed from here. During an LP the answer is always just re-do until you can complete all reps but I was wondering if I should instead shift to triples or just try for 170x5 next time. What would you recommend?
How does the Press generally respond to TM programming?
