    Default Squat form (214.5lbs)

    hi,
I know my technique is not good because I felt I almost fall down at the reps and
I just want your advice how to fix my technique.
and one more thing, the clip srarts rotate, but in the rest of the clip is in good angle.
so, tell me what is my problem and thank you.

Biggest correction for you will be to sit back, vice down and forward. Watch your bar path, it moves drastically forward, Maiking this a quad centric movement in your case. TUBOW is most likely your first step toward a better squat. At the top, big breath, shove your knees out, and sit back.

Your stance is also a little wide; ask yourself if your knees aren't inside of your feet at the bottom. Also, your bar placement is in between high bar and low bar.
