    Also, nicely timed with Marty's article beforehand, to give those of us who aren't up on our history a chance to put Mr. Coan in historical perspective.

    This is great! Thank you very much.

    Could it be an idea for mr. Coan or mr. Gallagher to write an article on the training method for this website? It sounds like a great alternative to the texas method for the intermediate and advanced guys. Even more so for the people who wants to join a powerlifting meet.

    49 years old 225 and squats 700 with a fake hip. Amazing. Cool guy.
