    right because someone has to be blessed by his holiness Rip to know anything about lifting

    and for the record, maybe you and tom should pick up the book yourselves, since it says in the newest edition to internally rotate the humerus

    unless that was a mistake by Rip also, which will be corrected in the upcoming 4th edition

    Hey fucktard, are you blind? Because I can see the backside of his elbows from a front side view. That would be impossible if the elbows were to the back. Now shut the fuck up.

    because the elbows naturally orient partially internally rotated, dumbass

    but they aren't actively being internally rotated AND KEPT THERE, which is the important part (to keep the bar close to the body)

    Yeah...you're blind. He's jumping back about six inches. THAT'S why the bar isn't staying close to his body, along with how light the weight is. NOT because he's reverse curling it or because his elbows are positioned incorrectly.

    you've pulled over 500lbs and benched 400lbs? that's news

    and yes, he is doing a "reverse curl" motion with his elbows and not internally rotating them and keeping them like that until they scoop under the bar

    like you said, the weight is light, but when it gets heavier, technique will matter more than it does now... better to build a good foundation from the start instead of having to fix fucked up shit later, dumbass
