    Even at a lighter weight? It seems as though your lower back just isn't strong enough at the weights you're attempting now - it either goes into extreme extension or rounds into flexion. Find the weight at which you can emulate Josh, then work up from there.

    I still think they look fine. You could do better to not crane your neck back, but I'd keep moving up in weight.

    Back looks heaps better, good control. Briks42 is right about the neck craning. Your neck is better when you start the pull, but once the bar leaves the floor you crank your head back. Maybe it would help to put a coin or something on the floor in front of you to stare at?
