I also think you could be taking too much fiber.
You could also try spicing up your food. Eat some hot peppers, cook with them, put some hot sauce in your food, or maybe even take cayenne pepper pills.

Hell, anything's possible but I came up with some rough numbers and did some reading and based my intake on that. The leafy greens take up so much stomach space that I reduced them (and the fiber than comes with them) when I started upping the food intake, but I wanted to make sure that the missing fiber wouldn't be problematic.
too much fiber can absorb the water in the system- not good for producing that "log flume at disney world" effect we all know and love. I dont suffer from constipation- but Ive dealt with it with my kids and fiber is often part of the problem. Prune juice, probiotics, and the old fashion reach up there and pull that shit out method work.
Having a constipated baby is surprisingly traumatic.
Put the juice of a fresh lemon in a glass and some hot water and drink it 20-30 mins before your meal. Your stomach will be better prepared with more digestive fluids for the big meal to come.
Patrick, ever get that shit figured out?
