Thread: Groin pain

    17, no prior problems in the area. Squats have neither helped nor worsened the case.
    From watching videos of my squats, I doubt it is hip flexor tendonitis since knees aren't going forward at the bottom.

    Pain is in hip bone area, moderate intensity. Does not manifest itself with simply hip flexion nor abduction, but does when both are present.

    Started a couple weeks ago, presumably around the time we played soccer in P.E.

    Will try ice, mobility work, increasing fish oil dosage, and foamrolling. Will get back to you. Meanwhile, any thoughts?
