Missed 2 workouts. Major drama around the house, work, refi, etc. has kept me distracted. Sleep sucked, food sucked.
Back Squat :
Walked out 425#. Felt heavy but back felt much better holding it than last week.
375 x 2 (Calc 1RM = ~400) I maybe had 1 more rep, not sure. I didn't test it.
305 x 4,4,4,6
I ran out of energy quickly before I even got out of squats.
Box Squat :
235 x 5,5,5
RDL :
205 x 5 forearms killed me, didn't think I would get all 5
205 x 5,5 added straps, which made it much easier

Well tonight could have been better. I just felt "off" tonight. My shoulders just didn't seem to want to get warmed up either. My daughter wanted to learn how to do a few lifts so I showed her how to do a few lifts, what to concentrate on form about, programming, etc.
Bench Press :
280# x 3 (Calc 1RM = ~305) Failed a 4th rep about 4 inches off my chest. Greatly surprised me and my spotter.
240 x 4,4,4
240 x 8 (Calc 1RM = ~300)
Press :
155 x 5
120 x 8,8,8
CG Bench Press :
215 x 7
Lat Pulldown :
130 x 8,8,8
Tendonitis didn't seem to bother me much. I hope it will feel good in the morning.
