    Monday: Volume
    Squat 5x5
    Bench 5x5
    Power Clean ?x? -- 5x3? Singles?

    Wednesday: Light
    Squats 2x5 @80% or Front Squat 3x3?
    Press 3x5 or 3x3?
    Pull-ups or Rows? -- 3x5 or 5x5 for rows/ pull-ups to failure?

    Friday: Intensity
    Squats ?x? -- 5x1, 1x5, 1x3?
    Bench ?x? -- 5x1, 1x5, 1x3?
    Deadlift ?x? -- 5x1, 1x5, 1x3?

    Press 3x5
    Pull-ups or Rows? -- 3x5 or 5x5 for rows/ pull-ups to failure?

    Friday: Intensity

    Bench 1x5 --> 5x1
    Deadlift 1x5 --> 5x1

    Cool. I think Hamburgerfan and Callador live in Indiana, maybe they can point you towards the next raw or raw-ish meet.

    I'm in Southeastern WI! :-)

    Hamburger and I were at the same meet, since we did one in Chicago. I think we are both about the same distance from the windy city.

    Rensselaer. I'm about halfway between Chicago and Indianapolis, both of which have meets every so often. I know there's a meet in Wheatfield this September, and I'm pretty sure NASA is putting on a regional meet in Springfield Ohio this October. That shouldn't be too bad of a drive.

    Yeah, 3x5. What do you think about that? (Not trying to be sassy. I just wanted your opinion lol)

You can add assistance exercises if you feel you need them, usually doing them on VD. Do bench on Mondays and Fridays, keep OHP on Wednesday for 3x5. I have been doing them heavy and I feel it doesn't interfere with bench on Friday.
    When you say that you do triples on ID, you just do 1x3 and that's it? Do you have any experience with 5 sets of singles across? I just wanted to see how they compared.
