    OHP:

    Deadlift:
    20kg 2x5
    60kg 1x3
    85kg 1x2
    100kg 1x5

    I didn't do very well on my Press. I'm not sure why I couldn't do it, as I almost managed 3x5 last time. I'll redo it next time, then I'll de-load. I did my squats and deadlifts without much bother.

    Power Clean:
    20kg - 1x5
    25kg - 1x3
    30kg - 1x2
    40kg - 5x3

    I've failed the 55kg bench press three times now, so I'll deload. That's a bit demoralising, but I've improved on my squat and power clean, so it's not all bad. I'm microloading the squat, to avoid stalling to early. I'm much more confortable with the cleans now. I think the extra weight has helped me make sure I'm going at the proper speed.
