If you cant back squat. Why not include sumo deadlifts(more legs, less back).

You could also do dumbbell squats, http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Quadriceps/DBSquat.html If they have 50kg+ dumbbells

Wild card: Clean the weight and do lunges with front squat grip.
DB squats are for geriatrics and lunges are for women's bootcamps.
