My job is extremely physically demanding. When I'm doing good and hustling, I burn a huge amount of calories. I can eat over 3500 calories a day and still be losing weight. This is a problem because I'm trying to bulk right now. Most of my calories have to come after I get back from work because I don't want to be weighed down and sluggish with that much food while I need to be moving and working hard.
I know steel cut oats are great. A small bowl of those is around 1000 calories. What about other foods? Bear in mind I still gotta get my protein, too.
