To all,

Just experienced my first deadlifting lower back injury. I'm working through it and all will be well in the next week or so. For those who care, I went to the chiropractor, got accupuncture, etc.

This got me to thinking about using a reverse hyperextension to furhter strengthen this area and help prevent new injuries. Louie Simmons, of Westside fame, of course raves about these things.

Who has experience using this piece of equipment and what were your results?
