USA Today had a very dramatic photo of one your checkered hat banded LEO's with flak vest and what looked like an H&K MP 5 at low port arms in relation to the upcoming security follies.

Yeah, one of the few. Bunch of cunts too. One of them who was patrolling Paddington Station nearly belted me in the face with the butt whilst walking past me as I was waiting for the wifey.
The ones that carry all carry MP5K's and Glocks.
You mean intentionally or because the big silly didn't understand the butt sticking out might be an impediment to pedestrians passing by?
Bit of both really. I think it might have been the first time the dozy cunt had actually extended the stock, but he shouldn't have bee that close to a civvie anyway. I could easily have had his glock at that distance
It depends on the type of holster. Some of them here in the US are designed so that the weapon is near impossible to draw by someone else because of the angle of pull required. The draw angle is engineered into the holster design so that only the person carrying it has the ability to clear the weapon with anything like a chance of any speed. Someone trying to wrest it out from an off angle can be defeated simply by stepping off at an angle and putting more torque, friction, and other resistance on the weapon's slide. Even when the other guy has a firm grip on the butt.
