What? You've never gone 5 days without drinking a glass of water before? You know that your body can hydrate itself without actually drinking straight water right?
Ever seen how much weight a boxer or wrestler can lose in a day or two? My point, bodyweight can be manipulated very quickly and water weight is one of the ways those rapid changes happen.
