Done a bad thing.. leant your book to a friend while I was on holiday. But he has handed it back and purchased the Kindle version as the hard copy was out of stock.
First thing he said was that the book was very detailed and a lot was on the squat. The squat I said is the daddy and you get that wrong then you're screwed.
So, another convert coming your way.
