Weight - 161.0 this morning.

I've done some LP work in the past but was inconsistent. Logging should hopefully keep me more accountable. Short-term goals are to get BW up to 180 lbs and my squat up to 315. Lifting on Sun/Tue/Th and will be doing the following:
