Default Seattle SS coaches: how about a squat camp?

There's a few of you, and most of you own or work at gyms...

I bet there's enough interest here in the greater Seattle Area that you'll have no problem selling out!

Only SS coaches who've interned and served as staff can hold SS camps. No one in that area has expressed interest.

(Seattle's a pretty slow market, believe it or not.)

That's a bummer. Didn't the seminar in Redmond earlier this year sell out? Maybe one of the local coaches will see this and offer to host.

Is there an appropriate way/place on these forums to gauge interest in a camp here, before I start bugging the local coaches (if that is appropriate as well)?

A full day of squat-tensity for $125.00 is quite a deal, and a not unreasonable amount of money for the coach who hosts (but what do I know).

    Thank you!

Perhaps you need to re-read what stef wrote - only SS Seminar Staff can hold camps. To my recollection, we have no one who has served on staff in that area, though I could be wrong. Hire a local SS coach for a one-on-one session. It will be worth the money.

I didn't misunderstand, I just assumed that the host of the seminar in Redmond was Staff, and no one expressing interest in this area meant, expressing interest in holding a camp.

    Yes, a one-on-one is a good idea.

No worries, mistakes happen when assumptions are made. I don't know exactly where you are in the Seattle area but Tom Narvaez is very active here on the boards and trains people. Perhaps a pm to him would be helpful.

    Good luck.
