    Default Squat Check

    My first form checks on here ever so please forgive any fuckups on my part.

    It's difficult to get a 45 angle at this place because of 10 billion stupid machines blocking the way but I was mostly interested to see my depth, hipdrive and overall tightness anyway.
    My knees out cue works like a charm so I'm not concerned about that part.

    The second one was actually a heavy single. I'll edit a full volume set and post it up.

    You're cutting your depth at parallel, try to squat a little lower. Keep your chin tucked down to your chest also.
