    Default Squat Form Check

    First form check on my first month of attempting an honest to goodness LBBS.

    Any and all advice is GREATLY appreciated. Let me know if you need more information from me as well.

    Your squats look pretty good, you should work on keeping your chin down through your whole squat.

    Thanks Mike. I noticed my chin not staying down as well, despite the fact that I consciously look down. I will work on that.
